✦ IN GENERAL:
• You will receive a DIGITAL PRODUCT.
– The format(s) and size(s) will depend on the commission.
– I do not send the master file.
• This is for personal use only. You’re not allowed to resell, modify* or distribute.
• If you would like to create end products to sell, please contact me for a Commercial Licence.
– In case you’d like to make a profit by using my work. (For example, selling merch).
– The ownership of the artwork is always mine. Buying a Commercial Use only means that I will transfer you some rights to make a profit with it.
• I reserve the right to decline any request for any reason.
• I reserve the right to publish it on my social media accounts and/or my portfolio for self promotion. You must notify me if you have any inconvenience before accepting the order.

*For streaming commissions, you’re allowed to make some tweaks to adapt it to your aesthetic.

✦ FOR STREAMING COMMISSIONS:
• You can use it on your personal or business social media account.
• I will not sign the assets, but mentions would be appreciated.
• The banner and avatar commissions don’t include logo design.
– You should provide it with a good quality (vector file or PNG with transparency).
– In case you want me to design a logo for you, please contact me.

✦ FOR CHARACTER COMMISSIONS:
• You can print it for PERSONAL use.
• The illustration will be signed by me (the artist).

✦ PAYMENT:
• Via Paypal (Please, do not make the payment before talking about the details and me accepting the commission).
• The currency accepted is USD.
• Due to the nature of personalized commissions, I do not accept refunds once I’ve started.
• Payment options:
– 50% up front and 50% before I send the final file(s).
– 100% up front.

✦ PROCESS:
• You must read these Terms of Service first and the price lists.
• You would contact me by email (sandracamposart@gmail.com) if you’re interested in requesting a commission from me.
• I will reply back between 1-3 working days and we will start talking about the commission.
– Keep in mind that I’m based in Spain, so your time zone may be different!
• You should give me all the information needed to do the artwork.
– Good quality references (not too small or pixelated) are welcome for better results. If it’s a real person or your pet, the more angles in the pictures the better.
• Once you make the payment (read “PAYMENT” above), I can start working.
• You will have 1 major change in the sketching phase without extra costs (like change the pose completely, for example).
– IMPORTANT: Please, be honest with your feedback, I will send all the steps of the process, only give me your OK when you are satisfied to avoid paying additional costs for new changes in the next phases.
– After you give me your OK with the sketch, any major changes will have an extra cost once I have started the line art or next steps.
– You also have minor changes for free (without exceeding) related to each step (for example: if I’m with the flat colors, you can change the color of the hair). Try to say it all at once, please, so we can move forward.
• The updates will be sent in a small size and with watermarks.
• The delivery time will depend on factors such as health, the complexity of the commissioned piece, my availability, your response time, etc.
• The final file(s) will be sent in the size(s) and format(s) we previously agreed upon, without the watermarks.
